• Day 1 — Discovery call: we map your tech stack, project scope, and the team shape you actually need (not a generic headcount).
• Day 2-3 — Shortlist: we pull matching engineers from our existing bench, or open targeted sourcing if the project needs a specific niche skill.
• Day 4-5 — Technical interviews: your team interviews the shortlist directly. You approve who joins, not us.
• Day 6 — Contracts, NDAs, and access provisioning, so day one is spent working, not setting up accounts.
• Day 7 — Kickoff and first stand-up.
